The first 12 years of Tom's career were spent with Fortune financial services and insurance firms, as a project manager, systems architect and Big 6 consultant based in Los Angeles. Since 1998 Tom has served predominantly medium sized firms, in San Diego and across the country, from his home base in Encinitas.
